Tucked away in a peaceful part of town, we’re just a 10-minute walk from the main street – close enough for convenience, yet far enough for quiet relaxation.

Unfortunately, our property is strictly adults only (18+), including infants and toddlers.
This is due to safety reasons, and the space isn’t suitable for young children.
We understand that some places allow babies, but we’ve chosen to keep the policy consistent for everyone.

Yes, Hollyberry House is a beautiful setting for intimate weddings, bridal showers, or pre-wedding gatherings.
Our peaceful, retreat-like atmosphere is ideal for celebrating love and connection in a relaxed and meaningful way. Whether you're planning a small ceremony, a bridal brunch, or a quiet getaway with your closest friends, our thoughtfully restored 1800s Railroad Cottage and modern Studio offer a serene backdrop for your special occasion.
Please note that while we welcome these celebrations, Hollyberry House is not a venue for large parties or events with amplified music. We aim to maintain the tranquil environment that our guests cherish. Keeping in mind that the property accommodates only 8 guests (4 queen-sized beds and 4 en-suite bedrooms).

We warmly welcome guests of all abilities and have created a space that aims to be as inclusive and accessible as possible.
The Garden Room has been thoughtfully designed with features to support wheelchair users and those with limited mobility, including a step-free entrance, a wide doorway, and an accessible bathroom with grab rails and a handheld shower.
While we are not officially certified as a disabled-access accommodation, we’ve done our best to make the space comfortable and functional for a diverse range of needs.
Detailed measurements of key features such as bed height, clearance under furniture, and the height of bathroom fittings will be available soon on our website to help you make an informed decision.

To ensure all our guests can enjoy the spa, we ask that each group reserve a time slot in advance.
If both guesthouses - the cottage and the studio are booked at the same time, we’ll coordinate the schedule so there’s no overlap.
Each group can enjoy a 60-minute infrared sauna and a 90-minute hot tub session for 150 minutes in the spa.
Exclusive bookings means that you have the entire place to yourself with no bookings required.

The price of your stay covers a variety of thoughtful amenities designed to make your visit special.
This includes access to our spa space with an infrared sauna, hot tub, and outdoor shower.
You'll also find essential oil diffusers in every room, exclusive Hollyberry House robes & towels to use in the spa space, a selection of breakfast cereals, milk, olive oil, a variety of teas and coffees, and different pillow firmness options to ensure your comfort.
We provide air conditioning, Al.ive products, and refreshing fruit-infused water upon arrival.

The sauna and hot tub sessions are typically booked together as part of the 150-minute spa experience, but we can certainly try to accommodate separate sessions if that works better for you.
Please let us know if you'd like to split the time, and we’ll do our best to adjust the schedule accordingly.

We offer the Unplug Experience for locals, which allows you to enjoy the spa and the retreat room.
For $139, you can relax and unwind from 9 AM to 4 PM, with full access to the communal spa and the retreat room.
It's a fantastic way to enjoy the tranquil atmosphere and rejuvenate, even if you're not an overnight guest.
